The RA president Serzh Sargsyan has accepted the minister of regional development and infrastructures of Georgia Ramaz Nikolaishvili. According to the RA president’s press service, Nikolaishvili talked to the Armenian president about the effective conversation with the minister of transport and communication of Armenia, the agreements achieved, issues concerning the Upper Lars border pass point and difficulties caused by weather conditions, cargo transportation, construction of the North-South highway, as well as issues concerning exchanging with experiences.
