It turns out that National Assembly MP and member of the ”Justice” alliance Shavarsh Kocharyan’s son-in-law is Artyusha Harutyunyan, who is the chief police of the Lori region. During the past couple of years, Artyusha has been known for organizing the electoral bribes and the one ”going against the oppositionists”. Our sources in the Lori region claim that Shavarsh Kocharyan’s close friend, director of the presidential staff Artashes Tumanyan has helped Artyusha Harutyunyan in getting appointed to his position. It is clear as to why ”oppositionist” Shavarsh Kocharyan contradicts several important issues discussed by the opposition.
