Vartan Oskanyan met with member of the famous American rock group System of a Down Serj Tangyan on October 28th. Serj has paid a visit to the Homeland with the purpose of getting married here. Oskanyan truly appreciates the work done by the rock group and in particular Serj Tangyan’s dedication make others recognize the Armenian people.
