The justice ministry commission in charge of the examination of Public Notaries on December 27 has finalized the results. The official web site of the Justice ministry writes that 17 examination works out of the 30 works have been checked. According to the preliminary plan, the other 13 works have not been checked as 3 and more exercises were not solved in them. Only 4 out of these 17 works have been given positive marks. However the ministry has not published the names of these people, i.e. the ones that will be given a Public Notary license to continue the work. According to our information, among the people that got positive arks are the prime-minister’s cousin Tatevik Sargsyan, the cousin of Yerevan’s former mayor Dianna Beglaryan, the cousin of the head of the Flash company Barsegh Beglaryan, Anush Ghushchyan, and Syuzanna Nazimyan, the relative of Norik Tevanyan, who lives in Moscow and is in very close relations with the authorities. To note, before the examination the media published the names of these four people and informed that the names of these four winners had been decided in advance and the minister Hrayr Tovmasyan could not refuse to do this favor for their powerful relatives.
