“The government’s personnel system is collapsing,” said sociologist Gevorg Poghosyan during a recent press-conference concerning the recent resignations from the government and changes in the government’s composition. “If the coalition succeeds in improving the situation after these changes in the government, it will help their reputation,” said Poghosyan and presented the results of social surveys conducted by his organization. Poghosyan, who usually publishes pro-government information, published “information”, which definitely will be used to build the pro-government campaign on. According to his information, one of the reasons people leave from Armenia is the threat of war. It is not excluded that this thesis may be used to oppose to the people’s social demands by saying that “by doing so they are supporting the enemy”.
