In the period of January-November 2010 the GDP of Armenia has grown by 2,6% compared to the same period of the previous year (reached 3.1 billion). The production capacity has grown by 9.8%. However, the sectors of construction and agriculture are closing the year with negative growth at 3.8 and 14.5% correspondingly. In the same period the import value was 3,4 billion dollars, and the export – 900 million dollars. As a result the negative balance of foreign trade is close to 2,5 billion dollars for the past 11 years, which is equal to the 30% of the GDP.
