ARF faction representative Artsvik Minasyan comments on the recent changes in the government and says that Armenia is managed with a “banking policy”, which is not an impetus for development but an obstacle for development. He believes the state administration is carried out like a banking policy and the experience shows that it is no good for the country. “What we should expect from the government in terms of the economic policy is not the replacement of the officials but first of all the revision of the platform and ideology. The staff recruitment policy should be revised based on this, but not replacing one with another,” said A. Minasyan and added that it doesn’t matter how professional the new ministers may be, the essence will not change and the situation will not improve without a drastic change.
