Since the dismissal of the justice minister Gevorg Danielyan the political sector of Armenia is discussing the issue whether the president will allow the head of the mandatory fulfillment of judicial acts of the justice ministry Mihran Poghosyan continue his office. According to some sources of information, the latter will be dismissed from his duties this week. For your information, recently the prime minister said during a session of the government that the latter had committed a serious violation of ethical norms, which was connected with the head of the HR of the same department Ruben Mirakyan. Ruben Mirakyan is the relative of the head of the NA standing committee on state and legal affairs Davit Harutyunyan. Poghosyan beat him up and dismissed from work on November 3. However, recently Mirakyan was hired in the same position again notwithstanding the fact that he will have to retire soon.
