Doesn’t Karlos’s portion get in place?

Several days ago an argument broke up in Ararat Park Hyatt hotel in Moscow, which is the gathering spot of the influential representatives of the Armenian community. The argument was between Karlos Petrosyan, the former minister of National Security of Armenia and an RPA MP Samvel Sargsyan. A group of Moscow Armenians witnessed this argument. Let us remember that right after the resignation from the post of the minister in 2004 by his own request Karlos Petrosyan moved to Moscow. He occupies the post of an advisor at the Russian Transneft company. And the RPA member Samvel Sargsyan, prior to occupying the most of the NA MP, used to be the governor of Vayots Dzor in 2003-2004. He is the constructor of Ararat Park Hyatt, stockholder and the brother of the late Murad Sargsyan (in 1999-2002 the hotel was built by his Lusine construction firm). The argument was so tense that their voices were heard all over the hotel. The argument was about the shape of the provision of money to Karlos Petrosyan from some business (most probably from that hotel). The MP said that usually the money is deposited on the bank account, to which Petrosyan objected. “My share should be paid in cash not by bank transaction. Hey, do you know how many people I have seen in my life?” he said arguing.
