Yesterday the authorized bodies approved the form of the referendum ballot during the Central Electoral Commission meeting of yesterday. The ballot color is blue. The voters must vote by putting a mark in the relative field (“yes” or “no”). But as member of “Justice” alliance Felix Khachatryan noted, the ballot was transparent, which contradicted the principle of voting secrecy. “If the ballots are transparent they can pay money to people and make them vote for the Constitution by saying that the ballots are transparent and they can see the choice they have made”,-said Felix Khachatryan. After his insistence for some time the CEC agreed to consider his offer.
