“I think the international community is very well informed about the liberated lands. Their visits are not for the purpose of investigating because their agents know everything very well and they perfectly know the situation here. This is a mere political action,” said the commander of the Shushi special forces Zhirayr Sefilyan concerning the special mission of the OSCE MG in the liberated lands. “Currently they are negotiating on the principles of Madrid, and this action fits with this logic of this document, because the first point of the principles obligates Armenia return lands. If the Armenian authorities are sitting at a table with such principles, it is logical that there should be such visits,” said Zhirayr Sefilyan.
