“I have numerously said and I am saying it again that that the key to the settlement of Karabakh conflict is in the hand of Russia. And Armenia may be used like a coin by Russia for more important regional or global issues. In a word, Russia will do all its interests may require,” said former foreign minister Alexander Arzumanyan concerning the settlement of Karabakh conflict. “If Russia wants to make trade and needs Armenia for that, it will not hesitate to do that. If no, the international community will insist and require improvement of the issue from the parties,” said A. Arzumanyan.
