The RA ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan believes the Hague international court will refuse the case brought by the Armenian national Congress against former president Robert Kocharyan. “The Republic of Armenia has not signed the Hague document, and they have no rights on Armenia,” said Armen Harutyunyan.
