“There are important factors connected with the inner developments in Armenia and Azerbaijan now. The recent incident is a reaction to that. Of course Azerbaijan is trying to benefit from the inner political and economic tense situation in Armenia,” said member of Karabakh committee Ashot Manucharyan to our newspaper commenting on the recent incident breaking the peace.
