According to sources, on October 23, President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, coordinating minister Hovik Abrahamyan, head of the Customs Committee Armen Avetisyan, head of the 10th division Grisha Sargsyan and other officials spent their time off at the “Hunter” shooting ring located at the Nubarashen crossroad. Whereas the president was shooting without missing a target, H. Abrahamyan was having difficulty with firing. Sources say that Misha Khudaverdyan, also known as Ktsan Misha (Dangerous Misha), was also present at the shooting. Grisha Sargsyan jokingly said: “Don’t give Ktsan more than eight bullets. Let all eight of them be neutral.” During the whole time, an army of police from Yerevan were keeping an eye on the road leading to the “Hunter” shooting ring. They were all in “Peugeot” cars.
