Yesterday the Prime Minister of Turkey Erdogan left fro Baku, where according to the Turkish media, he had presented to the Azerbaijani authorities a new program of resolving the NKR conflict. In particular, according to the Turkish Hurriyet newspaper Erdogan presented to Aliyev a program, which anticipates the return of the two regions out of the 7 liberated territories – Kelbajar and Fizuli to Azerbaijan. As a response Azerbaijan will open its border with Armenia. According to Turkish sources this program was developed as a result of the meeting of the Armenian president with the US counterpart in DC and as a result of the meeting of Erdogan in Russia with the Russian president. After the meeting with Aliyev the media mentioned that the two presidents once again confirmed their brotherly relations and expressed hope about the further development of these relations. It is evident that they meant the 3+2+2 or 2+3+2 versions of the resolution of the conflict, which has been quite popular lately. It means that Armenia has agreed to the return of at least two of the liberated territories. And Erdogan has left for Baku to convince Aliyev of this. It is interesting that yesterday the official Yerevan didn’t retract this information. The fact that several days ago the Russian president Medvedev mentioned that they’re going to move forward the resolution of the conflict speaks of the truthfulness of the mentioned information. And hence Russia will be consulting with Turkey regarding this issue. So it is not excluded that the program, which Erdogan has taken to Baku with him, is a result of the first consultation.
