The Shirak regional prosecutor’s office has refused to bring up an action against one of our reporters Arman Galoyan based on the preliminary data. Let’s recall that Gagik Manukyan, who is the campaign manager for mayor candidate for Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan, had applied to the prosecutor’s office asking them to bring an action against our reporter. According to them, our reporter had accused the mayor and his family for theft and had gone far enough to reflect upon the Gyumri district elections and say that some extraordinary events, murders and shootings were all connected to the mayor and his family members.
