The European Union parliamentary cooperation committee has recommended to enlarge the scope of those Ukrainian citizens who will have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of entry visas and the privileges on easing the process of issuing entry visas to them. This information was announced recently by the head of the Ukrainian upper Rada committee on European integration Boris Tarasyuk, who had recently participated in the Ukraine-EU parliamentary cooperation session in Brussels. He also said that the easy visa issuance policies should cover the non-governmental and religious organizations of Ukraine as well. However, some of the European countries are not happy for this change. For example, Belgium has reservations about the decision to easy visa provision to Ukrainian citizens. The problem is that Belgium is experiencing problems with the huge number of refugees from Serbia and Macedonia. Such refugees are benefiting from the law on free movement in the territory of Europe, which was adopted in December of last year.
