The budget of 2006 will provide 4.420 billion dram for prisons. The most interesting thing is that 400 mln dram from this sum will be provided for constructing a new building for prisoners sentenced for life. This means that Nairi Hunanyan is going to live in better conditions. This is probably a present to Nairi Hunanyan by the authorities from this year’s budget.
