“I am not a supporter of any sabotage but I think that a document is to be signed very soon. It doesn’t matter how it will be called; whether a framework document or agreement,” said former foreign affairs minister Alexander Arzumanyan in answer to our question whether any document may be signed during the expected meeting of the Armenian and Azeri presidents in the beginning of next year. “It is time for Armenia to fulfill its promises, the verbal promises it has given. That is why the PACE remembered about the unfulfilled provisions of the four resolutions,” he said.
