Centralization of power

It turns out that the prime minister’s decision to become a member of the Armenian Republican Party has remote goals. The prime ministers ideological ideals, the Chile despot Pinocheti and Singapuroean prime minister Lee Kuan Yew, hence will be replaced with the founder of the ideology of tribe religious genesis of Nzhdeh. It is about specific political goals, and if these goals come true, it make drastically change the management system of Armenia. The prime minister has already developed a charter, according to which ministers in fact may be derpievd of their powers and become symbolic officials. According to this charter, the mentioned powers will be fully transferred to the executive power, which is managed by the prime minister. The problem is not the fact that they deserve it or most of the ministers depend from the upper levels but the fact that it is an attempt to establish a centralized system of management controlled by one center. Currently the government is formed by the parties represented in the parliament. It is hard to say it is good or no, but anyway it has counterbalancing mechanisms. However, according to this new charter the ministers nominated by parties will have symbolic meaning. It means that in fact the government system will be almost totalitarian. The most interesting thing is that the prime minsiter is the one who makes efforts for the estbalishment of this model despite the fact that before doign this he used to speak of an Armenian world and different centers.
