Bad enemies

According to our information, the Civilitas foundation of Vardan Oskanyan has organized a meeting with students recently. During this meeting at the Civilitas foundation Vardan Oskanyan spoke about Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Robert Kocharyan as well. A student asked why former president Kocharyan does not announce about his opinion if he is against the current phase of Karabakh conflict settlement. According to one of the students attending the meeting, Oskanyan said that Ter-Petrosyan was Kocharyan’s bad enemy and if Kocharyan spoke out, he would support Ter-Petrosyan’s opposition. It means that so far only Ter-Petrosyan has spoken out about the possible danger of these two processes, and if Kocharyan speaks of this too, it will mean that he agrees with the first president. Oskanyan also said that during Kocharyan’s tenure such documents were not discussed and put on the table for signing. “In a word, we are not responsible for the processes that are happening now,” said the former foreign affairs minister of Armenia according to one of the participants of the meeting.
