During September there were 13.636 transactions of real estate in the country, which is more by 3.1% compared to the same period of last year, and more by 6.1% compared to August 2009. This information was provided by the A1+ referring to the official information of the state cadastre. Accordingly, 80.2% out of the transactions were sale, 18.8% were donations and 1.0% of this capacity was exchange. 39.9% of this capacity was done in Yerevan, 39.8% out of which were storey building apartments. The analysis of price rates show that the price of one square meter in Yerevan buildings increased by 0.8% compared to August 2009. In contrast, the prices of houses and surrounding land areas in Yerevan have fallen by 1.4% compared to August 2009. In September 2009 in regions 357 apartments were sold, which is more by 3.5% than in August 2009 but less by 8.0% than in the same month of the previous year. The prices of apartments in regions have increased by 0.6% compared to August 2009. However, the prices of houses in the regions have fallen by 0.9% in the same period. During September 2009 in the country 108 apartments were bailed, 83 out of which were in Yerevan. By the way, 80.6% out of these bailed properties were high storey building apartments, 10.2% were private houses, 5.6% were common areas, 2.8% country houses and 0.9% lands. The number of bailed property raised by 22.7% compared to August 2009. This rate rose by 33.9% per cent in Yerevan and fell by 3.8% in the regions. The number of mortgage bailing transactions reduced by 25.5% compared to September: 24.5% in Yerevan and 28.6% in the regions.
