Leader of the New Times Party Aram Karapetyan has officially handed the Armenian and English versions of his report to Silvia Zehe, special representative of the CoE Secretary General to Armenia. The report refers to the deadly clashes of March 1-2, 2008, in Yerevan City and the parliamentary interim committee’s report Mr. Karapetyan categorically disapproved of.
