Ten years have passed since the terror in the Armenian parliament on October 27, 1999. In ten years after the terror the society knows the same things as on that day. Now people have the same information and suspects as they had the day of the terror. The “October 27” is not discovered in ten years after the terror. As a result of that terror Armenia lost not only very special politicians and people, but fell in a deep political and social crisis, which still continues. The opinions that the events of March 1 were the continuation of the October 27 are not exaggerated at all. This was the logical and natural continuation because on October 27 there was a radical change of political system and values, which resulted in the political sector and system we have now. Following the judicial trials of the case of October 27, which did not discover anything in fact, the relatives of the terror victims announced that the crime would be discovered only after change of the power. During the past ten years the authorities have proven this fact with their activities or inactivity. Today it is more important to discover the organizers of the terror than ten years ago. While it would be done all we can do is give a credit to the memories of the victims of the October 27 terror: Vazgen Sargsyan, Karen Demirchyan, Ruben Miroyan, Youri Bakshyan, Henrik Abrahamyan, Mikayel Kotanyan, Armenak Armenakyan, Leonard Petrosyan.
