According to our information on the days of “culmination” of the disruption of the Heritage party its founder Raffi Hovhannisian was in Moscow, where he was having meetings with certain politicians of Russia. When speaking to our reporter the currently former member of the Heritage board Anahit Bakhshyan confirmed that Hovhannisian was in Moscow on those days and added that she wasn’t aware of his meetings in Russia. By the way, according to our information Hovhannisian is already in Armenia however still avoids to show up in the public.
