Garsevan Tadevosyan(born in 1956) was shot and killed on October 17 at about 21:30 not far from the Ashtarak lake. He was known by his nickname Garso among criminals. G.Tadevosyan had been sentenced by the court several times. He was released from the prison of Sevan in 2003.
