Andranik Kocvharyan, member of the ANM and the fact-finding group, which was established to look into the events of March 1 but was dissolved later, does not exclude the possibility that till September 15, i.e. till the publication of the report on the events of March 1 they may provide new reports to the institution headed by Samvel Nikoyan. “All materials we find and collect will be sent to him and European institutions.
