The more the Armenian government speaks of making Armenia a civilized spot for tourists, the more uncivilized the conditions of Lake Sevan become, which turns into a spot for feasts. The garbage that is spread along the whole beach and the plastic bags have become a common thing in Sevan. However, during the last several years in Sevan we can encounter such scenes as portrayed in the picture. As a result of the increase of the water level many of the beach objects have appeared in a partly-destroyed shape and their future is literally unknown. But despite this fact the owners keep gibing out their shacks for rent for the vacationers. Moreover, most of these objects belong to statesmen and they are soon going to receive major refunds from the state. No matter how rough it may sound people are trying to squeeze as much money as possible and as long these shacks are not fully destroyed they bring stable income to them at the expense of the safety of the vacationers. In these conditions the Emergency Department demonstrates some kind of “emergency show” on the shore of Sevan. This happened yesterday, which is ridiculous. In order to provide the safety of the ones, who stay in Sevan, they need not only divers but also traumatic surgeons. Nevertheless, under these conditions the 168-Zham newspaper also goes on a vacation by hoping that in the near future not only the level of Sevan will increase but also the level of the political field. Although this will hardly happen as out next release will be on August 20.
