“In November the president of our country signed a resolution in Moscow, according to which the conflict of Karabakh should be settled through negotiations between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group. Russia is ready to support as well. This is an evident abuse of the self-determination right. When such definitions are written, the issue is discussed on the level of the law already. They should not collect such documents, which are creating additional problems for the conflict settlement,” said independent MP, former speaker of the parliament Tigran Torosyan. We wander whether Serzh Sargsyan regrets for having signed under the mentioned resolution and whether it is the reason why he does not bring Karabakh back to the table of negotiations. In answer to this question Tigran Torosyan said, “I think that if the president really wants to bring Karabakh back, this resolution cannot be an obstacle because the international norms are for Karabakh’s participation.”
