No such outflow

“There is always outflow of such information whenever there is possibility of signing any document in the framework of the negotiation process. That way they filter and analyze the opinions of the people. But there has never been an outflow, which would publicize the contents and ideology of the whole document,” told our reporter the former foreign affairs minister Alexander Arzumanyan when speaking of the recently publicized 6 Madrid principles. “This may have two explanations, which means that first they are close to solution and second they wanted to emphasize that during the past 2 years the sides have been negotiating around these principles. No matter what they say these principles were the one laid on the desk of negotiations on November 29, 2007. At this moment there is no document that is acceptable for the NKR. It means that whatever solution is proposed it is going to be constrained,” added Arzumanyan.
