During yesterday’s press conference as an answer to the question whether he agrees that the opposition ANC is gradually fading the former Armenian NA Speaker Tigran Torosyan said that such statements are made by governmental parties. However, according to him the same thing is being done by the opposition parties. He also added that one of the reasons for the Armenian present situation, according to, is the degradation of the multiparty political system of Armenia. “After all, the country is being ruled by parties. This is the political system we elected. The solution depends on the quality of the parties. Unfortunately, we have to state, that since independence, there has not been any progress in this connection, but even contrary processes are happening. And it is obvious that if we want to solve the current issues present in the country, we need to have capable parties, which would be ready to solve those issues. There cannot be good government and bad opposition. They are both equivalent,” stated Tigran Torosyan.
