At around 4:30 p.m. on October 17th, four cars crashed in the middle of Kh. Hayrik street in Gyumri. One of the cars (a green, Volga “Gas 31”) belonged to the mayor candidate of Gyumri Marzpetuni Margaryan who was in his car during the accident. Fortunately, Marzpetuni Margaryan doesn’t have any physical injuries, but there are other injured people, including three of the five people who were in the candidate’s car during the accident. They have been transferred to the Gyumri municipal hospital. According to our sources, the license plates of two of the cars read 45SS520 and 45OS509. One of the cars is a “Gazel”. The case has been appealed to the court and investigation is underway.
