The representative from Azerbaijan did not participate in the 5th conference held by the American Chamber of Commerce-Armenian branch. According to the president of the Board of Owners of “AmCham” Edit Khachatryan, Azerbaijan had refused to participate since the Board of Owners of the “AmCham” branch in Azerbaijan had not agreed to send its representatives. Edit Khachatryan’s Azeri colleague working at the branch has been the former U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
