According to the information of the foreign affairs ministry, on Thursday FM Edward Nalbandyan said the following in his speech at the session of the European Council Ministers committee: “The concerns of the Karabakhi people to provide their security was based on their justified demand of self-determination, which was resisted by Azerbaijan’s open large aggression, including those of terrorist groups who were ordered to do so.”
