“According to our information the slump of the state budget 2009 will be 2.9%,” yesterday such a statement was made by the chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan. He said that the government even has worse scenarios than they predict but even so it doesn’t sequester the budget and that according to Javadyan is a right policy. “I don’t think that the budget should be revised. The government has already stated about the steps, which it had to undertake. The government has moved some of the expenditures from the second quarter to the fourth one,” he said. Reminder: According to the state budget 2009 prediction the growth should have been 9%.
