PM Tigran Sargsyan had a meeting with the deputies of Prosperous Armenia, ARF and Legal State factions. Last week the prime minister participated in the session of the Republican party as well. There is no information about the details of the mentioned meetings and the parties only informed that they discussed issues concerning resisting the international crisis. “Yes, there are predictions that there may be growth of the Armenian economy by 4,5% or it may fall by 1-2% or 4,5%. We have taken all these scenarios into account,” said Tigran Sargsyan to journalists and refused to give details which scenarios will be used in case of the mentioned level of development. However it is worth mentioning the fact that none of Tigran Sargsyan’s four scenarios fits with the budget of 2009 expecting 9.5% growth, which is funny. We wander what the government was thinking when making this budget or what the MPs were thinking when approving the draft budget.
