In consideration of the recent negative tendency of the economy, as well as the fact that the economy of Armenia’s major economic partner Russia is falling too, I think that we can’t expect good things in 2009. Thus, I think that maximum the development will equal to zero,” said Aristomene Varoudakis, the head of the World Bank Armenia office. The latter says that in such conditions when the world economy is changing rapidly economic changes are observed every day. We hope after the announcement of Varoudakis the WB Armenia will not be declared as a yellow organization and will not be criticized for its activities in Armenia.
