Several minutes before the deadline of the second phase of the auction, where the Bjni company and related property rights belonging to the family of the Sukiasyans were put for auction, the justice ministry’s department on mandatory fulfillment of judicial acts announced that they had received one application for purchasing Bjni company. According to their information, the potential buyer suggested 4,441 and a half million dram to be paid within three days after the auction. The justice ministry did not discover the name of the applicant but rumors say that he is Ruben Hayrapetyan, who is MP and the president of the Armenian Football Federation. The latter told our correspondent that he had bought the Bjni company and refused to provide any other comments. “The government put the company for auction, and I bought it,” said Ruben Hayrapetyan, who was not in Armenia yesterday. Following the auction the general director of Bjni company, L. Harutyunyan published an announcement, which contains all the violations committed during the auction. The announcement also contains provisions on the results of such violations. “We are warning the potential buyer of the company’s property to abstain from paying the money within three days because the latter will have to return the company’s property and cover the company’s losses in the future,” writes the announcement published by the director of Bjni company.
