As we were informed by the news centre of “People’s MP” group at the National Assembly, the group nominated its own candidates for the upcoming local government elections in October. During the elections of last week their 35 candidates for local government head positions won the elections in four regions of Armenia: Ararat, Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Kotayk. The mayor of Sisian city Lavrenti Sargsyan, who also used to be a candidate for MP was included in the list.
