“I am more concerned by the declaration, which reflects the reality than the declaration itself. Of course if I was responsible I wouldn’t sign it or would sign differently,” told our reporter Raffi Hovhannisyan, the founder of the Heritage faction when speaking of the resolution of the NKR conflict and the trilateral declaration signed in Moscow on November 2. Hovhannisyan was also concerned about the absence of the NKR side signature. “I am concerned that Armenian politics didn’t follow the national interests during the office of the three presidents of Armenia, and allowed NKR to deflect from the negotiation process. And now expressing faithfulness to the authoritative principles in this or that European city, all the presidents are responsible for declaration and the reality reflected by the declaration” said Hovhannisyan.
