On October 4, the permanent UN representatives of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey sent a letter to the Main Secretarial office of the UN. Attached to the letter, the representatives sent the declaration signed by the presidents of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey according to which it was decided on May 25 in Baku to construct a railroad connecting Kars-Akhalkalak-Tbilisi-Baku. “We will be happy to hear that this letter and the document attached to it will be included in the list of topics to be discussed at the UN assembly,” state the permanent representatives of the UN in their letter addressed to the Main Secretarial office of the UN.
