And this company will become the third telecommunications operator because the main criterion of winning the bid was to offer the highest price. Only time will show how the Russian MTS and Beeline companies can withstand the competition of the third largest telecommunications company of the world – the France Telecom. By the way although the name of the former RA Prime Minister owner of the Eurasia House International fund Armen Sargsyan’s name was connected with the CEO Blackrock Communications it turns out that he indirectly is linked with the France Telecom. One of the 15 members of the France Telecom board Charles-André Phillip is the Director of the HSBC French Branch. Besides that Philip is one of the managers of the HSBC Holding.
