The court of Kentron and Nork-Marash communities of Yerevan has one more time delayed the trial of former deputy prosecutor general Gagik Jhangiryan. During the recent session the court questioned the witnesses. The next session of the court will take place on October 2. To note, Gagik Jhangiryan was arrested on February 23 and is accused under the article 316/1 of the criminal code for violence without life danger against a representative of the government, officer of the department on fighting organized crime.
