“In 1999 being an oppositionist I was able to find all the necessary means and be elected head of Kentron community. I succeeded in it only once and am sure that I will succeed for the second time. In 1999 I or the party, which I had, wasn’t as popular among the people as now. I am sure that this fact will also bring us close to victory and receive expected results. Trust me in 1999 it was very difficult to compete with the government but we were able to reach positive results and win the race. I am sure we will win because all the processes have beginning and ending at some point. I am sure this is going to be the beginning of victories,” told the head of the ANM Bureau Ararat Zurabyan during the interview to our newspaper, who nominated his candidature in the September 28 local government race in Kentron community.
