According to Turkish daily Sabah the diplomats of the Turkish and Armenian foreign affairs ministries are working on a memorandum of developing relations between the two countries. According to the daily, the talks and conversations between the foreign affairs ministers of Armenia and Turkey which lasted about 2,5 hours after the soccer match in Armenia are being written down on a memo. The daily informs that the Turkish foreign affairs minister will leave for New York on September 18 and plans to meet the Armenian FM till the end of September. “If the foreign affairs ministers of the two countries come to an agreement in a short period, they may announce about cooperation till the end of September, and if not, it will be announced in October of next year during the football match between the national teams of Armenia and Turkey to take place in Istanbul,” writes the newspaper.
