Recently the ARF members and the other members of the government coalition are delivering each other accusation messages and then they start to respond each other. It seems they are debating each other in an indirect way. The ARF expresses certain discontent to the activity of the government and the rest of the coalition members are saying that no one makes the ARF to stay in government. What is the ARF dissatisfied of? When speaking to us member of the ARF Bureau Armen Rustamyan said they are not satisfied with the rates of development in our country. “The coalition agreement is based on 22 main provisions. The fact that these provisions or issues are not solved proves that the process of development is slow. The same relates to the resolutions 1609 and 1620 of the Council of Europe. It means that we deal with the reality that is not truthful compared to the commitments. The fact of not abiding to these provisions or not noticing the slow rates of development means not to notice the grounds and reasons of discontent of large masses of population. Certain colleagues of ours should just learn that if they are in government they should show everything in pink. All these issues must first of all be resolved by the government and it is not right to give the monopoly of these issues to the opposition. The opposition and the people must know that the government is aware of these issues and is inclined to quickly solve those. If we don’t objectively evaluate the situation and only start to praise ourselves the country and people will not benefit from it. Besides that the rates of development are not abstract. If we are not able to solve the issues faster than they appear then we have serious issues connected with the speed of solutions. If more issues are being added to the old ones it means that there is no progress of solution of the old ones. Our main task is to provide fast leap in the economy of the country. If we are speaking of high rates of economic development we should take into account that we have unfinished war. Of course currently our country has a dual-digit growth but the economic growth of Azerbaijan makes 25-30%. If some day they decide to use the dollars received from oil and launch a new war we will lose it and it will be too late to find reasons of justification. We should find resources and try to fully use the potential of the Armenian people and increase the rates of development. Otherwise we will not be able to resolve our prior issues and abide with the 22 provisions of the coalition. It will mean that the coalition didn’t justify itself.” What if the government doesn’t suffice the demands of the ARF? Will this mean that the ARF may deflect from the coalition? To this question of ours Rustamyan said, “Nothing is excluded.”
