I’d like to use this opportunity and ask Raffi Hovhannisyan to return and continue his work within the Armenian delegation in the PACE in favor of the Republic of Armenia,” said the head of the Armenian delegation to the PACE Davit Harutyunyan when commenting on Raffi Hovhannisyan’s resignation from the delegation. Member of the delegation, PA member Avet Adonts says that the work with the PACE is divided in two parts, which are individual and group work, thus from the individual point of view Raffi Hovhannisyan will suffer from his resignation, and from the point of view of group work the republic will suffer because Raffi Hovhannisyan is an intellectual person and a good orator.
