The U.S. Department of State deputy secretary on democracy, human rights, social and labor affairs David Cramer says that the Millennium Challenges corporation is still watching the political developments in Armenia and they will discuss the related issues later. The latter says that one of the main preconditions of the program is that fair and good management should be implemented in Armenia. “The project expressed concerns after the post-election developments in Armenia. I think the best way to make sure that the project will continue is that Armenia returns to the democratic path,” said Cramer.
