The summer session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has started in Strasburg, during which we will see whether Armenia has implemented the requirements of the resolution 1609 well or no. At the beginning the PACE delegates unanimously agreed to discuss the issue of democratic institutions in Armenia on June 25. By the way, even the representatives of the RA National Assembly were not against the decision to discuss the issue of implementing the requirements on the part of Armenia as an extraordinary issue. In other words, the future political developments in Armenia and also the approach of Europe to Armenia will become clear during this discussion.
